Appetizers
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
~ 2 (8oz) cream cheese softened
~ 1 (10oz) canned chicken (wouldn't mind adding more though)
~ 1 Cup Ranch
~ 3/4 Cup red hot sauce
~ shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. beat cream cheese, ranch, & hot sauce
  3. fold in shredded chicken
  4. spread into pie plate sprayed with cooking spray
  5. bake for 10-15 minutes
  6. add cheese cook 10-15 minutes 
  7. serve hot on chips
Easy Spicy Crackers



Mix together
1 Cup of Light Tasting Olive Oil
1 Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
Pour over a box of crackers and toss until coated.

    Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
    Ingredients
    ~ 3/4 Cup creamy peanut butter
    ~ 1 (3oz) package cream cheese
    ~ 1 and 1/4 Cups confectioner's sugar
    ~ (12oz) container frozen whipped topping thawed
    ~ 1 (9in) pie crust

    Instructions
    1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
    2. Stir whipped topping int peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain
    3. Pour filling into pie crust.
    4. Refrigerate for about 3 hrs until pie is firm.
    Sometimes I top with chocolate and crushed snickers.
