Buffalo Chicken Dip~ 2 (8oz) cream cheese softened
~ 1 (10oz) canned chicken (wouldn't mind adding more though)
~ 1 Cup Ranch
~ 3/4 Cup red hot sauce
~ shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- beat cream cheese, ranch, & hot sauce
- fold in shredded chicken
- spread into pie plate sprayed with cooking spray
- bake for 10-15 minutes
- add cheese cook 10-15 minutes
- serve hot on chips
Mix together
1 Cup of Light Tasting Olive Oil
1 Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
Pour over a box of crackers and toss until coated.

Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
~ 3/4 Cup creamy peanut butter
~ 1 (3oz) package cream cheese
~ 1 and 1/4 Cups confectioner's sugar
~ (12oz) container frozen whipped topping thawed
~ 1 (9in) pie crust
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
- Stir whipped topping int peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hrs until pie is firm.
